These are healing hands, and my purpose in life with them is to heal and help heal in this world and beyond. Vibrationally, spiritually, physically, mentally, everything is connected. We are all in a state of healing, and even folks who are a hundred percent happy in their bodies have other parts in their lives that they want functioning more smoothly, and massage work helps with all that.

 

The healing work that I do definitely came TO me. I became a reiki master in 2012 thru Hawk’s Way in the Usui Lineage. I went to what was the amazing Fingerlakes School of Massage in 2017 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.

 

My massage practice is deeply integrative and includes deep tissue/connective tissue therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish, Kinetic Awareness, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, varying forms of intuitive and Shamanic energy Work, and of course Reiki. Having practiced Kundalini yoga, I have a deep and intuitive understanding of the chakra system, and energetic bodies.

I have worked as manager and therapist backstage at Grassroots Festival and other festivals such as Wula. I have worked in greenrooms, clubs, and tour busses. I serve performers, dancers, elders, boxers, athletes pre and post maternity for both parents, babies, children, pre and post surgery recovery, I’ve been on alternative path plans to avoid surgery, and supplemented health care with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists.

I have a beautiful sacred space in my studio, and I can also travel to you. I have trusted allies that I work with if you want to gift yourself and your partner a couple's massage, and also there are packages available if you would like to combine massage with tarot or photo services from me.

 

I trust in the body’s wisdom and ability to heal. I feel quietly to the physical balance with emotional, mental, spiritual. I believe you are a whole being with all you need accessible within.
